The Cuddle is a little bit on the Buzzy side.
The OhMiBod Adventure and Cuddle are from the new Lovelife collection. The Cuddle is the G-spot vibe of the line, and the Adventure is a triple stim vibe that’s been getting a lot of attention.
The new Lovelife toys come in some cool packaging. There is a pink slip cover that has a cutout that’s the same shape as the toy that’s inside, I think this it a pretty nice touch. The back of the box will have an image of the toy and some basic info about it. The box that holds the toy is white with a pink pattern all over it, and each toy in the line has a different pattern on the box.
Each toy comes with an instruction booklet, USB charging cord, and white satin storage pouch along with the toy itself.
I met with Suki, one of the founders of OhMiBod, and she told me that she wanted the boxes to make the recipient feel like they are receiving a special gift, even if they purchased it for themselves. I really like this concept and as someone who finds presentation important, I feel like OhMiBod totally hit the mark on this one.
About the toys:
The Lovelife Adventure and Cuddle are made from body safe materials that are easy to keep clean. The handle / control pad portions of each toy are made from white ABS plastic and the bodies are covered in magenta silicone. These toys are completely rigid and I will bring that up again in a bit. The silicone is very reminiscent of the kind that LELO uses, so it’s very smooth, but also can be hard to keep lubricated. If you want to learn more about silicone and it’s care and cleaning, check out my post here.
Be aware that these toys are only water-resistant (splash-proof) and not fully waterproof and should not be submerged.
There are also some seams around the white plastic that you might want to keep an eye on and make sure get cleaned if anything gets caught in them.
The Adventure and Cuddle both come with a USB charging cable. The use of a USB cord is nice because you can easily charge from a computer or similar device if you wish, or you can get a USB wall adapter and charge the traditional way. Unfortunately a wall adapter for is not included, but you can easily buy one or use one you may have lying around (Tip: many smart phones these days incorporate USB wall adapters as part of their chargers.)
The other end of the USB charging cable is a skinny jack that fits into a tiny charging port on the very bottom of the handles. The port is partially covered by a stretchy barriers that will help keep fluids and other debris from getting into it. It makes for a snug fit, but make sure to keep pushing until the jack is inserted all the way.
Once you’re connected to your power source and the jack is inserted into the charging port, a light around the heart will blink to let you know you’re properly connected and charging. The light will stop blinking and turn solid when the battery is fully charged and ready to go.
The Adventure and Cuddle have identical control pads that are heart shaped and have a (+), (-), and a (~). The (~) button is the function key and you’ll press and hold that button to turn the toy on and off, and you also use that button to switch vibration patterns while the toy is on. The (+) and (-) buttons will increase and decrease the vibration intensity.
There are 7 modes of vibration in all, and 6 levels of intensity to choose from.
1. Steady vibration.
3. Fast pulsing
4. A long pulse followed by quick pulses
5. Four pulses followed by five rapid pulses.
6. Starts off with quick pulses, moves on to longer pulses and then one long pulse that lasts a few seconds.
7. Fast pulses leading to a long pulse, then rapid pulses followed by another long pulse.
The noise level does vary a bit between the two toys. On high I would say the Cuddle is a 2/5 on the noise scale and the Adventure is 3/5.
The Adventure is by far the largest toy in the Lovelife line. The Adventure is a triple stim vibrator, so it’s like a rabbit in that it has an insertable portion to stimulate the G-spot and then has an arm to stimulate the clit, but the Adventure also has an arm that reaches back to stimulate the perineum. This toy would also be safe to be used anally if desired.
The Adventure has been getting a lot of attention and I was really excited to try it out for myself. When talking to the people from OhMiBod at Catalyst Con East, they were telling me about their design process and how they really tried to make sure the Adventure would be compatible for as many different people as possible. For example, the arms are long, curved and somewhat wide, so they should be to hit the intended spots on many different people.
Usually the problem I run into with rabbit style vibes is that the clit arm is too flexible and doesn’t apply enough pressure. The arms on the Adventure are rigid, so I was really hoping it would be a lot better for me.
But unfortunately I still ran into a problem with it. The point the protrudes from the clit arm hits me a little too low and since it’s not flexible I couldn’t position the toy differently to make it work a little better. I have been hearing a lot of other rave reviews from other bloggers, so it might be that I’m in the minority when it comes to my experience.
I find that I get the most success if I insert the Adventure and use it hands-free. I never use toys this way, but for some reason I find some success with the Adventure like this. To be honest, I didn’t really notice any major stimulation from the perineal arm and it wasn’t really pressing up against my body that much. The vibrations are decently strong and I found them to be strong enough to be satisfying. The area at the base of the shaft and arms is a little wide and does a good job stimulating the surrounding area as well.
If you find that your clitoris is closer set to your vagina and that other rabbit tend to “overshoot” your clit, then there’s a good chance the Adventure might work really well for you.
Something to note is that the arms on the Adventure cannot be controlled independently from the shaft. So as long as the toy is on, they’ll be on and they will be vibrating at the same intensity setting and same pattern as the shaft.
Next we have the Cuddle which is the one that I’ve been the most excited about. The Cuddle has a curved, bulbous shape, but at the same time is designed to stimulate the G-spot with a little ridge near the tip. And that little ridge really does make a noticeable difference when it comes to G-spotting.
As you might know from my review, I wasn’t crazy about the size and shape of the Gigi 2 because I found it a little too small and thin. If you compare the Cuddle to the LELO Gigi 2, you’ll see that the Cuddle has a more bulbous shape which makes it feel more filling.
The Cuddle’s fuller shape does a much better job of stimulating the vaginal walls. And the rounder head and mild lip ensures that the Cuddle easily glides past the pubic bone and won’t catch or snag the way the Gigi’s more hook-like head can. In my case I usually find that toys without some sort of extreme lip don’t do that good at working the G-spot, but the Cuddle really surprised me. Thrusting is so smooth with the Cuddle, yet the G-spot stimulation is really efficient.
And then there’s the LELO Mona 2, which is one of my favorite vibrators, but I’m not really able to thrust it that much because the bulb is larger.
The only downside for me is that the Cuddle’s vibration are a bit on the buzzy side and not quite as strong as the Adventure’s vibrations.
All in all I think the Adventure and Cuddle are decent vibes and I enjoy having them in my collection. And Since their packaging and presentation are nice, I could definitely see them making a nice gift, especially for someone that loves pink.

Thank you to the awesome folks at OhMiBod who sent me the Lovelife Adventure and Cuddle in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
